Dr. Stuart H. Cohen is a distinguished professor and chief of the Division of Infectious Diseases as well as a clinical director of hospital epidemiology and infection control at UC Davis Health. He specializes in clinical infectious diseases and infection control in the hospital environment. During the height of COVID-19, he led the UC Davis response and has been a contributor to multiple studies regarding therapeutics and healthcare epidemiology including in-hospital transmission of SARS-CoV-2.
